All the treasures collected in a single glass! The cocktail is based on the grilled pineapple rum infusion, created using sous-vide method. Then we add fresh pineapple cordial and passion fruit cordial to the infusion. We also use molecular foam based on coconut and lemongrass. For the performance effect, the drink is served through opening a pirate's treasure chest, the main treasure being, of course, the combination of flavors.
