Grape variety: Zinfandel (Primitivo). The wine is grown on sandy, rocky, and clay-limestone soils in the Central Valley of California, near the city of Cutler. Zinfandel is a typical Californian grape variety believed to have originated in Southern Italy and was brought to California by Italian immigrants. Thanks to the scorching California sun, the rosé wine is bold and juicy, resembling a fruity dessert. The harvesting begins when the grapes reach optimal ripeness. The grapes are handpicked at night, at the lowest air temperature. After crushing and pressing the grapes, the juice is fermented at a temperature of 15-18 °C for a week. Then, the wine is filtered and aged in stainless steel tanks in an atmosphere of inert gas.
