Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. The superb red dry wine Chateau Dauzac boasts a refined aroma, grace, and precision. It never deceives and always surprises. Chateau Dauzac is made from grapes grown in the Grand Cru-classified vineyards in Margaux. The average age of the vines is 20 years. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C for three weeks. Subsequently, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
