It is the world's first vodka made from the milk of cows that graze on the organic fields of West Dorset, around the Black Cow Distillery. The production process combines the ancient Mongolian tradition of producing alcohol from fermented milk with the Northern European tradition of producing pure vodka. First, the masters produce whey fermentation, and then its distillation. The obtained alcohol is filtered through activated carbon, which gives the drink a characteristic clean taste. Black Cow is often used by bartenders to create various alcoholic mixes, which are especially appreciated for its unique taste.
