"El Tequileno Platinum Blanco" made from 100% agave grown in the famous highlands of Jalisco. In the preparation process, the craftsmen pay great attention to details, in particular, they remove the "cogollo", which is the bitter part of the plant, and use only local spring water. Agave juice is extracted under high pressure in special steam plants, then fermented in cement tanks and distilled twice in copper stills. In addition, the company strives for sustainable development, so it uses 98% of production residues as organic compost. The final aging takes place in American oak barrels for at least 14 days.
