Grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay. The summer of 2009 in Champagne was exceptionally warm, imparting richness and complexity to the wine. Amidst the refined taste of ripe fruits, there evolves a crisp, gastronomic acidity. The aroma reveals a luxurious bouquet of quince, apples, and peach flesh with a prominent touch of honey, acacia flowers, and fresh pastry. Vinification occurs in stainless steel tanks with malolactic fermentation and aging on lees for 12 years.
