Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. This noble and fragrant red dry wine is produced from grapes cultivated in the Saint-Émilion appellation on Grand Cru-classified plots. The vineyard soils are clay-limestone. The average age of the vines is 30 years. The harvest is collected using mechanical methods. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and aging occurs in oak barrels, 50% of which are renewed annually. The wine boasts a rich flavor, perfectly balanced, with silky tannins and a long-lasting aftertaste.
