It consists of tea, milk or fruit syrup, as well as additional ingredients such as: tapioca balls (often called pearls or beads), jelly or fruit pieces. The main difference of Bubble Tea is its tapioca balls, which add texture and a special taste. It is served with ice, which makes it a refreshing drink, especially during the hot summer.
