Grape variety: Pinot Noir. Exceptional delicacy in taste, ripe tannins, fresh fruity character, and a vibrant ruby color make the wine truly perfect. The aroma is well-balanced, with notes of black fruits and floral accents. Vincent Prunier established his domain in 1988, inheriting 2 hectares of land from his parents. Today, the domain comprises 13 hectares of vineyards located on prestigious slopes in Oise-Durées, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Saint-Aubin. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified using traditional methods. The aging process occurs in new, one-year-old, and two-year-old oak barrels using a classic percentage ratio. Vincent strives to create wines with great energy, vibrance, and balance.
