Mexican tequila is crafted exclusively from blue agave, contains no sugar or chemical additives, and is a 100% natural product. The name of the beverage comes from jimadors — the simple laborers engaged in harvesting ripened agave. To this day, El Jimador stands firm against automation and computerization, strictly following traditional production methods dating back 150 years. The agave undergoes processing in large ovens, followed by shredding, and the extraction of the juice. After the open-air fermentation, the beverage undergoes double distillation. The beverage is aged in American oak barrels for up to 2 months.
