The winemakers at "BIOLOGIST" prefer minimal intervention in natural fermentation processes and strict temperature control. No artificial chemicals (herbicides and pesticides) are used to boost the immunity of the vines and soil. Instead, plant-based and mineral-derived remedies are applied.
