Blender Jean-Marc Docourt created Moulin vodka in honor of his grandfather, Jean-Paul. The most important ingredient in this drink is high-quality French wheat. It is grown on the flat fields of the Bos region in northwestern France (the most fertile region for growing cereals). The soil, rich in useful elements, gives the wheat a special aroma and taste. Only the best spring water from the Pyrenees mountains is used to produce Moulin vodka. The process of creating the drink consists of three stages. First, the wort is distilled 7 times to achieve the desired level of purification, then it is treated with a hot stream of oxygen that passes from the bottom to the top wall of the vat, destroying harmful esters and impurities, and filtered using charcoal, ensuring maximum purification of the vodka
