Pogues Honey

A globally renowned whiskey liqueur — a blend of grain and malt that has captivated millions of spirits enthusiasts worldwide. The Irish honey adds a special spiciness to the flavor. Following traditional recipes, only spring water and Irish grain are used in distillation, employing exclusively copper pot stills in the process. The history of "West Cork Distillers" began in 2003 in West Cork when it was founded by friends John O'Connell and brothers Denis and Gerard McCarthy. The brand expanded in 2013 and currently produces whiskey, poitín, vodka, and gin.
