“Lamponi di Poli” is a fruit brandy made from raspberries in the Carnia region, considered an agricultural paradise in the mountainous area of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This wild raspberry, native to Mount Ida in Asia Minor, boasts a vibrant dark red color and a lavish aroma. Before distillation, the fruits undergo fermentation in stainless steel containers.
