Grape Variety: Ribolla Gialla. A wine that is both fresh and full-bodied, featuring a delightful, invigorating acidity. Its fruity and mineral qualities persist, creating a long-lasting, fresh aftertaste. The complex bouquet reveals aromas of linden, acacia, and ripe peach, complemented by noble vanilla notes from oak aging. The wine underwent a 30-day maceration using the "orange wine" technique.
