Sake Gekkeikan

This is a classic junmai style sake, literally "pure rice sake", junmai is made with only rice and water. Using these ingredients, the junmai category encompasses a wide spectrum, from light and delicate to full-bodied sakes. The aroma is grassy with hints of grapefruit and light earthiness. The taste has good acidity, minerality and excellent balance.
