Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc. The history of this winery is quite intriguing - it is one of the cooperatives created on the initiative of a priest. In the early 20th century, Monsignor George Psayr was convinced by several winemaking families to create the winery. After 10 months, the first harvest was successfully gathered, and the cooperative gradually began to gain recognition. The wine boasts a fresh, clean, and spicy taste with notes of passion fruit, nectarine, and green apple, along with lively acidity and a seductive aftertaste featuring nuances of ginger, basil, and lemon zest.
