Grape variety: Telti-Kuruk from the Shabo terroir. The grapevines were acquired in Europe, taking into account the soil characteristics of Shabo, and planted in the best-suited plots of the terroir. Here, the grapes undergo a delicate manual sorting process consisting of several stages and processing. The wine is crafted from the Ukrainian autochthonous grape variety Telti-Kuruk, considered not only the hallmark of Shabo but also of Ukraine. After all, this rootstock grapes variety is absolutely unique and is not found anywhere else in the world. It appeared in this region more than 500 years ago.
