Bourbon represents a delicate blend consisting of 75% grain whiskey and 25% malt whiskey. The distillery was founded in 2003 in West Cork, Ireland, by three childhood friends: John O'Connell, a food industry chemist, and former fishermen Denis and Gerard McCarthy. Specialized in crafting high-quality Irish whiskey, West Cork Distillers employs classic techniques and local ingredients, including the purest water from the River Ilen and exclusively Irish-origin malt.
