To make this Mexican tequila, the main ingredient is blue agave. The drink does not contain sugar, chemical additives and is a 100% natural product. Its name comes from the Jimador, simple workers who are busy picking ripe agave. To this day, El Jimador does not recognize automation and computerization, therefore it strictly adheres to 150-year-old traditional methods of production. Agave is processed in huge ovens and crushed, and then the juice is squeezed out of it. After fermentation, which, by the way, takes place in the open air, the drink is distilled twice. Aging is carried out in American oak barrels for up to 2 months.
