Grape variety: Nero d'Avola. The taste is characterized by soft tannins and a lingering aftertaste of ripe fruits and spices. The refined aroma reveals nuances of black currant, plum, and cherry, complemented by spicy notes. Aging takes 10 months (50% in steel, 50% in Slavonian oak).
