Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Durella. Sparkling wine crafted by Italian winemakers following an ancient recipe. Durella and Chardonnay grapes thrive on the slopes of volcanoes in the hilly region of Ronca. After manual harvesting in mid-August, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13°C. The second fermentation takes place in bottles with selected yeast. The taste profile reveals freshness and minerality, complemented by notes of fruits and meadow herbs. The aroma unfolds with the fruity richness of apples, dried fruits, and forest nuts.
